The KCX Story · Performance Report
Five years of trading.
Turned into code.
The KCX bot isn't an indicator stack thrown together after the fact. It's Kye Umstead's manual trading framework — built through years of chart work, mistakes and refinement — automated so it executes the same way every single time. It trades. You don't have to.

Why it exists
The code came after the trading.
Most traders understand pieces of price action but can't execute the same high-quality process trade after trade. Hesitation, second-guessing, missed setups. KCX removes all of it — it identifies the qualifying setup, enters consistently, manages the predefined stop and target, and never gets emotional.
Years 1–2
Foundation & mistakes
Learning market structure, execution and risk the hard way — and why “good” setups still fail. No bot. Just reading and trading the market by hand.
Years 2–4
Testing & refinement
Thousands of hours studying, backtesting and cutting the model down to the exact conditions that kept mattering. Narrower. More rule-based. Testable.
Year 5
Consistency → code
Once the manual process was consistent, the last enemy was execution variance. The rules were translated into code so the same logic could be judged over large samples.
Today
KCX for the end user
Everything learned, packaged into a system that takes the trades for you. You keep control of risk and account rules — without rebuilding five years of chart work.
The most recent 60 days
29 wins out of 34.
From August 2 to October 2, 2026, the same coded rules ran a forward-test window — after the strategy was already built. It stayed net profitable with the strongest numbers in the sample.

Real systems aren't a straight line. The curve climbs hard, goes quiet, takes a real drawdown in May–June 2026, then recovers to new highs. That's what you should expect — and plan for.

Built for prop firms
Put it on your chart. Or let TradingView fire it for you.
Fixed-dollar risk
Tested around ~$250–$300 planned risk per trade — not reckless compounding — so it lines up with funded-account drawdown rules.
Hands-off execution
Follow the trades as they fire, or connect a TradingView alert and it enters and manages positions while you're away.
You stay in control
You choose sizing, daily loss limits and when it runs. Private setup support helps you match your firm's rules.

All figures come from simulated/hypothetical strategy-tester results and a TradingView-style CSV export (March 3, 2025 – October 2, 2026), not independently verified brokerage statements. The tests show a 0.00% commission load; real commissions, slippage and latency reduce performance. Individual losses have exceeded the planned per-trade risk. The 60-day forward test is also simulated. Prop-firm rules vary and a profitable strategy can still break account rules if sized incorrectly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing here is investment advice or a promise of earnings. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.
